    Loved the place, had a perfect stay for family vacation. The room was very comfortable, good bed. The bathroom we had was large. The location was favourable for walking around a unique hands-on museum. And the area was great, very close to mall, great water park, excellent kids club as well as the ternimal21 pattaya.

    The staff - some of them were not caring.

    Absolutely dissapointing stay. Not only did the food at Sky32 leave much to be desired, but I also could, never have imagined that half the waterpark would be closed due to a new year party. I almost considered a good review, but the lack of any complimentary gesture for my troubles was egregious.

    Very nice swimming pool area for nice family fun.

    The noise levels were unbearable, especially from the hallway starting as early as 6 am. Housekeeping was constantly waking us up by vacuuming and slamming doors.

    Water park wonderland experience

    The hotel boasts an very nice swimming pool that resembles a mini ocean park, equipped with water slides and a bubble party. The breakfast spread was good, offering endless choices. The front desk staff were helpful, always greeting us with a smile. Its location adjacent to Terminal 21 made shopping very convenient.

    Unfortunately, the bathroom door in our room didn't have a lock. We noticed that some children monopolized the gaming consoles at the kids' club.

    Really good cleanliness and fantastic amenities

    I really enjoyed my stay, especially the excellent swimming pool that was like a mini ocean park. The breakfast was a highlight with a wide variety of delicious options to choose from. Being connected to Terminal 21 was super convenient for dining and shopping. One area for improvement could be the noise level in the morning from the hallway, as it sometimes made for an early wake-up call.
